Overview
The Hawaii State Tax Refund Worksheet is used to determine how much, if any, of a prior year Hawaii state tax refund is taxable on your current year federal income tax return, not your Hawaii state return.
This is only applicable if you itemized deductions on your federal tax return in the prior year and claimed a deduction for state income taxes paid.
Add the Hawaii State Tax Refund Worksheet
To add the Hawaii State Tax Refund Worksheet:
- Go to State Taxes.
- Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Click Hawaii to expand the Forms listing.
- Click on the General tab.
- Select Sales Tax Worksheet to add and open the form.
- Enter your information and click Save.
