Why Is Direct Deposit Information Not Displayed in the PDF?

When printing a copy of your tax return, you may observe that your bank account information is either obscured (e.g., shown as a series of Xs) or missing entirely.

How to Address This Issue

Ensure that you are viewing the correct version of your return. Navigate to My Account, then select the PDF icon next to the relevant tax year under My Returns. This version represents your official filed return and will include your complete direct deposit information.

Please note that the Working Copy available under My Account, as well as the Free Preview on the File page, are intended solely for draft purposes. These versions do not contain banking information and are not valid for filing.
