Overview
Use each respective year’s Form 8915-C to report qualified 2018 disaster distribution repayments made in that year that were not included on your prior-year Form 8915-C.
For repayments of distributions for qualified 2019, 2020, or later disasters, see Form 8915-D, Qualified 2019 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments, and Form 8915-F, Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments, respectively, and their instructions.
Repayments of distributions from retirement plans (other than IRAs) are reported in Part I, and repayments of distributions from IRAs are reported in Part II.
Add Form 8915-C
To add the Form 8915-C:
- Go to Federal Taxes.
- Click Review.
- Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Enter FORM 8915-C in the search box and click on Form 8915-C – Qualified 2018 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions to add and open the form.
- Enter your information and click Save.
