How to Report the Tuition Program Contribution

To report contributions to a Colorado CollegeInvest account on line 10 of CO DR 0104AD, use the CO Tuition Donation screen.

  1. Go to the State Taxes section.
  2. Click “I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.”
  3. Select Colorado from the dropdown.
  4. Click on the General tab.
  5. Open the CO – Tuition Donation Information screen.
  6. Enter the contribution amount, owner’s name, and owner’s SSN.
  7. Click Save.
