Overview
During periods of high system activity, there may be a delay between initiating a verification code request and receiving the code.
Submitting multiple code requests in rapid succession may inadvertently reset the process and result in additional delays.
Recommended Resolution
To successfully retrieve and use a verification code:
- Submit a single request and allow up to 15 minutes for delivery.
- Open a separate browser window to log in to your email account.
- Check your junk or spam folder to ensure the message was not misrouted.
- If using a web-based email client, confirm that pop-up blockers are disabled.
- Once received, enter the verification code in the designated field to proceed.
