Overview
Use this screen to provide extra information for dependents claimed on the Indiana return, especially for first-time claims or adopted children. This information supports completion of Schedule IN-DEP and IN-DEP-A as required by the state.
How to Add This Screen
- Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the link “I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.”
- Use the drop list to select Indiana.
- Under the General tab, select IN – Schedule IN-DEP-A – Additional Dependent Information.
- Complete the screen.
- Click Save.
