To claim the Indiana CollegeChoice 529 Education Savings Plan Credit on your Indiana IT-40, you’ll need to add the form:

How to Add This Screen
- Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen
- Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Use the dropdown to select Indiana
- Under the Credits tab, click IN – 529 CollegeChoice & 529 Education Savings Plan Credit
- Enter the account information and contributions and click Save.
