Overview 

Part V of Form 8621 is not currently supported on our website. It is available on the IRS website, but must be manually completed, if needed. Form 8621, Parts I-IV can be completed on our website. 

How to Report 

  1. Navigate to the Federal Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen. 
  1. Click on the Review menu option in the listing.  
  1. Click the link: I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form. 
  1. Click on the Foreign tab. 
  1. Select Form 8621 – Passive Foreign Investment Company to open the screen. 
  1. Enter all applicable information.  
  1. Click Save once complete.
