If the Next or Save button is grayed out, it usually means a required field hasn’t been completed on the form you’re viewing. The system disables navigation to make sure that you do not miss anything important.

Clicking the grayed-out button will highlight the field(s) that need attention in red. You’ll also see a message at the top of the page explaining what’s missing. Once all required fields are filled in, the Save or Next button will become active and let you move forward.
