Indiana General Information Screen 

This screen collects basic residency and work information to determine how your Indiana return is prepared. 

How to Access This Screen 

1. Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen 
2. Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form. 
3. Choose Indiana from the dropdown 
4. Click IN – General Information Screen under the General tab 
5. To access uncommon situations, click I want to see the uncommon situations at the bottom of the screen 
6. Click Save once all applicable information has been entered
