IN – Schedule IN-PRO 

This screen is used to allocate wage income to specific Indiana counties for professional team members. This allocation helps determine the proper county tax based on modified wages earned in each location. You may enter up to ten separate county income entries on this screen. 
 
This screen is only relevant for individuals qualifying as professional team members, such as athletes, coaches, or other team staff required to file Indiana Schedule IN-PRO. 

How to Add This Screen 

1. Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen 
2. Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form. 
3. Use the dropdown to select Indiana 
4. Under the Taxes tab, click Schedule IN-PRO
