To enter the Oregon Kicker Credit (Surplus Credit), follow these steps:

  • Click on State Taxes on the left side, then click I’d like to see all my state forms.
  • Expand the Oregon Forms list to locate the search box and a list of common forms.
  • Search for and select the Surplus Credit Worksheet.
  • Enter your details and click Save.
