PDF Won’t Open (Mobile or Tablet)

Due to default security settings, many tablets and mobile devices are unable to display PDF files when opened directly in a web browser.

To view your return, first download a PDF viewer application (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader). Then, download the PDF file and open it using the installed application.

If this approach is unsuccessful, consider accessing your return from a desktop or laptop computer instead.

If you are unable to open the PDF on a desktop or laptop, please ensure that your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled, as PDFs are delivered via pop-up tabs.
