General Information
The DE – PIT-CRS – Income Tax Credit Schedule screen is used to enter current-year and carryforward Delaware tax credits for various economic, historic, research, and hiring incentives. These credits may reduce your Delaware income tax liability depending on eligibility and program participation.
This screen supports individual or joint filings and allows input for both current-year credits and amounts carried over from prior years.
You can enter values for:
- Neighborhood Assistance Credits
- Economic Development Credits
- Green Industries/Brownfield Credits
- Research & Development Credits
- Land & Historic Resource Conservation Credits
- Historic Preservation Credits
- Business Finder’s Fee Credits
- New Economy Jobs Program Credits
- Organ and Bone Marrow Transplantation Credit
- Employer Tax Credit for Hiring Individuals with Disabilities
- Automatic External Defibrillators
- Credit Limitation (Form DE1100SA or DE300K)
Note: If you’re filing multiple PIT-CRS forms, the tax liability used to compute this credit will be reduced by the amount previously calculated on other PIT-CRS submissions.
