Overview

If you received a Schedule K-1 from a pass-through entity (such as a , S corporation, or estate/trust) with Ohio-sourced income, you may need to report that income on your Ohio IT-1040 using the Ohio K-1 form.

This form allows you to detail how much of your K-1 income is taxable by Ohio and supports proper allocation, credits, or refunds related to pass-through entity taxes.
