Overview
IRS Form 3800 is used by individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts to claim a variety of business-related tax credits. These credits are collectively referred to as the General Business Credit and include numerous individual credits designed to incentivize specific types of business activities
Add General Business Credit Information
To find Form 3800 – General Business Credit:
- Go to Federal Taxes.
- Click Review.
- Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Enter Form 3800 in the search box and click on Form 3800 – General Business Credit to add and open the form.
- Enter your information and click Save.
Add Carryforwards/Carrybacks
To find the Form 3800 – General Business Credit Carryforwards and Carrybacks:
- Go to Federal Taxes.
- Click Review.
- Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Enter Form 3800 in the search box and click on Form 3800 – General Business Credit Carryforwards and Carrybacks to add and open the form.
- Enter your information and click Save.
