Overview
If you are requesting a refund on behalf of a deceased taxpayer, you must file Arizona Form 131. If Federal Form 1310 has already been completed, it is not necessary to complete this screen unless the response to Part I differs. When a refund is due from Arizona, Form 131 will be automatically generated based on the entries made in Federal Form 1310.
The return must be paper-filed if both the taxpayer and spouse are deceased.
