Overview

Complete the California Principal Address Information form only if you are 18 years of age or older and filed a California resident income in the prior year.

If you are under the age of 18 or did not file a return in the previous year, leave the county and address fields blank.

How to Add Principal Address Info

To Add Principal Address Info:

  1. Go to the State taxes section.
  2. Select I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
  3. In the drop list, select California.
  4. Select the General tab.
  5. Select Principal Address Information to add and open the form.
  6. Complete the form with your applicable information.
  7. Click Save to apply changes.
