What It Is
Schedule CT-PE on the Connecticut state return is used to report the Pass-Through Entity (PTE) Tax Credit received from qualifying entities. Each credit must be associated with the entity’s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).
How to Access
- Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Click on the drop-down menu for Connecticut.
- Click on the Credits tab.
- Click on Schedule CT-PE – Pass-Through Entity Tax Credit to add and open the form.
How to Fill It Out
For each credit received, enter:
- The FEIN of the pass-through entity
- The PTE Credit Amount
You may enter multiple entries directly on this screen.
When you’re done, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
