Overview

There may be instances where an override of Federal or Hawaii amounts is necessary due to the presence of other income for purposes of completing the Hawaii Individual Income Tax Return.

Entering Other Income Override

How to enter an Other Income Override:

1. Go to State Taxes.
2. Click Review.
3. Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
4. From the drop list, select Hawaii.
5. Go to the General tab.
6. Locate and click on Other Income Overrides to open the screen.
7. Enter your information and click Save.
