Overview

At this time, prior-year tax returns cannot be completed or e-filed through our online tax software. However, if you need to file a prior-year Kentucky individual income tax return, you can do so directly through the Kentucky Department of Revenue (DOR).

Filing Options Through the Kentucky DOR

The Kentucky Department of Revenue allows taxpayers to e-file prior-year tax returns for the following tax years:

• 2019
• 2020
• 2021
• 2022
• 2023
