Resolution

1. Go to the Name and Address or Dependent screen (whichever contains the student’s information).
2. Remove the middle initial from their name entry.
3. Click Save.
4. Return to the education form.
5. In the Which student is this for? menu, select the drop list arrow, and click the blank line above the name options and then click outside the menu to deselect it.
6. Go back and select the intended student from the Which student is this for? drop list.
7. Click Save.
