Overview
In certain cases, you may need to manually include specific forms or worksheets or suppress the printing with your Indiana IT-40 Individual Income Tax Return. This can be done within the Indiana data entry on the website.
Available Forms to Force Print
The following Indiana forms and worksheets are available to be forced to produce.
- IN-2210
- IN-2210A
- IN-2440
- IN-40ES
- IN-CC40
- IN-CT40
- IN-EIC
- IN-H
- IN-IT9EXT
- IN-POA
- IN-SC40
- INCRE_WK – Local Credits
- INCSA_WK – Civil Service Annuity
- INHSD_WK – Human Services Deduction
- INLC_WK – Lake County
- INLTP_WK – Local Taxes Paid Outside Indiana
- INTAX_WK – Tax Paid to Another State
- INUC_WK – Unemployment Compensation
- INUT_WK – Sale/Use Tax
- Force the wages to show on the IN-40RNR form.
- Force the email to print on Schedule 7.
Available Forms to Suppress from Print
The following Indiana forms and worksheets are available to be suppressed from printing in return.
- IN-EIC
- IN-SC40
- IN-102
- IN-103
- IN-104
- Suppress signature date from printing on return.
How to Report
To enter the above voluntary contributions, follow these steps:
- Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Select Indiana from the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to the General tab.
- Click on Suppress Forms to add and open the form.
- Check all applicable forms you wish to force or suppress printing in the return.
- Click Save to include the information in your return.
We recommend only forcing or suppressing these forms or worksheets if you are certain they are necessary for your tax situation. Improper inclusion or suppression may delay processing or result in errors.
