North Carolina – Direct Debit Contact Information

Article: 50470

Overview

If you are using direct debit to pay your North Carolina income taxes, it recommended to provide your contact information in case the North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) needs to reach you regarding your payment. This ensures prompt resolution if issues arise (such as incorrect bank info, payment failure, or scheduling concerns).

To do so, use the Direct Debit Contact Information screen as part of your NC D-400 Individual Income
