To attach a PDF to a return:
- Click on Federal Taxes on the left-hand side.
- Click on Review.
- Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Click on the General tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and find the Electronic Filing and Banking section.
- Select PDF Attachments.
- Enter the Reference Source, Description, and File Name.
Make sure the file name ends with .PDF.
- At the bottom, click Save.
- Select Attach Now.
- Click on the Paper Clip to the right of the file name.
- Then click the drop area to browse for the PDF attachment or drag and drop the file into the drop-area.
- Once you have attached all required PDFs, click Continue and follow the remaining steps to finish the return.
