What is CA Form 3547? 

Form FTB 3547 is used to calculate a credit for the transportation of agricultural products donated to nonprofit charitable organizations. You may also use it to report pass-through credits from partnerships or similar entities. 

How to Add Form 3547 

To add the Donated Agricultural Products Transportation Credit: 

  1. Navigate to the State Taxes section. 
  2. Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form. 
  3. Open the drop-down menu for California. 
  4. Go to the Credits tab and click on 3547 – Donated Agricultural Products Transportation Credit. 
  5. Select whether the form is for the Taxpayer, , or Joint. 
  6. Fill out the form as needed and click Save.
