What is CA Form 3548?
Form FTB 3548 helps eligible small businesses calculate a credit for expenses incurred in providing access to individuals with disabilities. It can also be used to claim pass-through credits from qualifying entities.
How to Add Form 3548
To enter this credit on your California return:
- Go to the State Taxes section.
- Click I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Open the California drop-down.
- Under the Credits tab, select 3548 – Disabled Access Credit for Eligible Small Businesses.
- Complete the form and click Save.
