General Information
The GA – 5347 – Statement of Person Claiming Refund screen is used to request a refund on behalf of a deceased taxpayer. This form is required if the taxpayer passed away and was due a refund for the listed tax year.
How to Add
- Click on the State Taxes section on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the link I’d like to see the forms I’ve filled out or search for a form.
- Click on the dropdown menu for Georgia.
- Select the Other tab.
- Click on 5347 – Statement of Person Claiming Refund to open the screen.
- Complete the required claimant information and selections.
- Click Save.
